If you sign up for a class, be sure to read everything you need and prepare yourself for the class before you actually attend. I had a few people in my class show up unprepared and because they were unprepared it slowed everybody else down, that's not the fault of the range or the owner but the people that signed up. Be prepared and pay attention, you will learn and gain some valuable information. Great experience getting my license and going through the renewals. Would recommend.
Appreciate you.
Edit: definitely create a new email and use a burner phone. They spam you like crazy
More Information About BLS, Basic Life Support
What is BLS (Basic Life Support)?
Basic Life Support (BLS) teaches essential skills for responding to breathing or cardiac emergencies. Healthcare providers perform BLS to keep oxygen and blood flowing until advanced help arrives. BLS includes CPR, chest compressions, and rescue breathing. Trained individuals use BLS to save lives in critical situations.
Importance of American Red Cross BLS (Basic Life Support)
Rescues Victims in Time of Need:
Basic Life Support (BLS) training enables individuals to respond promptly to cardiac emergencies. Individuals who have received training in rescue breathing and chest compressions can greatly enhance a patient's life before medical personnel arrive.
Enhances Security in the Workplace:
BLS training teaches workers how to respond to workplace medical emergencies. Businesses that invest in basic life support (BLS) training for their staff have better incident response times, which in turn reduces injuries and downtime.
Encourages the Strength of Communities:
Communities become more resilient when more people receive BLS training, enabling them to be prepared for emergencies. A safer and more supportive community is the result of more individuals having received basic life support training.
Reduces the Risk of Future Issues:
By maintaining high blood oxygen levels, early BLS interventions reduce the likelihood of brain injury and its long-term consequences. The use of efficient BLS procedures guarantees the recipient of life-sustaining care after a cardiac arrest.
Boosts Self-Assurance in Times of Crisis:
The ability to respond confidently and swiftly in an emergency is a direct result of receiving BLS. This self-assurance also helps bystanders, who are less prone to freak out or get nervous.
Vital for Healthcare and Non-Healthcare:
Basic Life Support (BLS) is essential in both professional and everyday environments. Whether you're a nurse in a hospital, a teacher in a classroom, a coach at the gym, or a parent at home having BLS training enables you to respond effectively in emergencies
